Teaching to Learning

One of the great benefits of a Hillel Academy education is the focus on learning, and not mandated exams.  Our teachers are able to customize the curriculum to focus on individual students, while challenging the entire class to strive.  Our exceptional faculty prepare our students for middle school, by encouraging them as learners -- and our students do very well when they transition from Hillel Academy.
Ms. Sarah Thomas, our Secular Studies Coordinator, is an exceptional educator who has been with Hillel Academy for many years.  She oversees and directs the planning, organizing, and implementation of secular education for the students, including helping our excellent faculty refresh the curriculum grade by grade.  Ms. T also coordinates and integrates programming with our Judaics faculty.  We are incredibly fortunate to have assembled a top-notch faculty who are committed to continuing our well earned tradition of excellence.

Open Registration

Students and families are invited to visit Hillel Academy and join in classes during Registration for the upcoming academic year. Our teachers offer a creative, non testing-centered approach to the Common Core, augmented by art, music, Judaics, and special programs. Hillel Academy classes are capped at 12 students.
